PA20 is a sub-homeowner's association of the Westridge area in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Officially titled "PA20 Landscape Maintenance Association Inc.," PA20
was created in June 1992 by Mission Viejo (the original property owners) during
the filing of 110 with Douglas County, which consists of 1533 lots and
constitutes Delegate District 80 of the Highlands Ranch Community Association
(HRCA). Our sub-homeowners association was created because Douglas County
required a 15-foot easement of land, which includes the grass, trees, fence,
and sprinkler system directly across the street from Coyote Creek Elementary along
Westridge Village Parkway extending from White Oak St (on the north) to
Hyacinth Rd and Woodrose Lane (on the east). PA20 was formed as a non-profit
corporation within the state of Colorado to oversee and maintain the property
for the mutual benefit of the community.
