PA20 Public Disclosures
When you purchased your house in this subdivision, you signed paperwork agreeing to the PA20 assessment fee, much the same as the agreement to pay the Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) fees.
If payment is not received, a late fee will be assessed and you will be notified. If payment is not received after the notification, then a lien will be filed on your home w
