PA20 Board Members

 

Jim Bowlus - President / Homeowner Relations
Jim has been a member of the PA20 Board since 1994. Moving here from Kansas , Jim couldn't spell HOA much less anticipate becoming a board member. One of the best parts of the position is explaining to new residents what a PA20 is. When not involved in PA20 activities, Jim provides financial and estate planning services. Jim and his wife Marieta have enjoyed the opportunities that the area offers and are often found on local bike trails or climbing tall mountains.

 

Jim Fraser - Vice President / Property Maintenance
Jim and Karen have lived in Highlands Ranch since fall of 2005. Jim is a retired Air Force officer and currently works for Raytheon as the Aurora Campus Facilities Manager. Jim's desire is to help others and be a good neighbor within PA20 and Highlands Ranch.

 

Rick Murray- Treasurer & HRCA District 80 Rep
Rick Murray has lived in Highlands Ranch since 1995. Rick graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Political Science. He worked in the oilfield servicing industry for over twenty years. Since 1991 Rick has been a self employed Financial Services Provider. Since moving to Colorado in 1983 Rick has been active in politics serving in many different positions, including Chairman of Highlands Ranch Republicians. Rick also enjoys shooting, auto racing, rodeo and fishing. Rick is a father of 7 and is active in his church having served as a Bishop for 4 years.

 

Brice Bradley - Secretary
Brice Bradley has lived within the Highlands Ranch PA20 boundary since 2005. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) degree and since then has practiced landscape architecture professionally in Texas and Colorado . Joining the board in April 2008, Brice wanted to offer his professional expertise in a way that would benefit the community in which he, his wife and two children reside.

 

Dean Stanberry - Board Member
Dean Stanberry and his wife Olette have enjoyed living in Highlands Ranch since 1992.  Both have been active in association leadership over the years.  Olette is past-President of the Association for Senior Citizens, and Dean is active in the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) Denver Chapter. He is a past-President of the chapter and currently serves as Member at Large. He is a Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management professional and holds the designation of LEED Green Associate.
