James has lived in Highlands Ranch since 1990 with the last six years in the PA20 boundaries. He and his wife have 5 children from 3 to 12 years old. Several of the children go to Coyote Creek Elementary School. He has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University and the University of Denver respectively. He has been a PA20 Board Member since 2004.

Dean Stanberry and his wife Olette have enjoyed living in Highlands Ranch since 1992.  Both have been active in association leadership over the years.  Olette is past-President of the Association for Senior Citizens, and Dean is the current President of the Denver Chapter of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).  Dean is Sr. Director – Workplace Services for The TriZetto Group, Inc.  He is responsible for the company's Real Estate, Facilities, and Administrative Services nationwide.

Pete Zeidler has lived in Highalnds Ranch since 1995. He has been a PA20 board member since 2005. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science with a major in Statistics from State University of New York at Binghamton. His wife is completing a degree in Counseling Psychology and his three children attend Metro State College, Mountain Vista High School and Ranch View Middle School.

Jim has been a member of the PA20 Board since 1994. Moving here from Kansas , Jim couldn't spell HOA much less anticipate becoming a board member. One of the best parts of the position is explaining to new residents what a PA20 is. When not involved in PA20 activities, Jim provides financial and estate planning services. Jim and his wife Marieta have enjoyed the opportunities that the area offers and are often found on local bike trails or climbing tall mountains.
